I think if I do try this, it will be once for really intense sessions as suggested by bluray. All things considered, all of this is risky. Considering that I did use it for a long period of time previously w/o any of those side effects for a different purpose (used it for 2 months straight internally for a fissure and was even given 1 refill). I still have the opportunity to get one refill of it. Given the low amount (.2%.. Not 2% or 20%), I can’t see this being that harmful. If I do use it, I’ll post and let you guys know. In the mean time, I’m gonna go with the stretching and see how that goes.
