Post Work out masterbation without ejaculation
So I have about a 60 min routine that I do everyday ( which includes warm up/down ), but afterwards I still enjoy tugging the rod because I like the feel of having an erection. I’m not gripping it like a PE excersise, but I’m wondering if I should bite the bullet and just leave my cock alone after I’m done PEing for the day. Is it detrimental to keep the hard on going? I don’t ejaculate, I have read that that can slow down the process of PE gains, so does keeping the penis hard after a PE workout hurt gains?
