Is This A Good Routine For Length And Girth? I'm Kind Of Chasing Both

Okay so here is my routine.

-5 minute warm up
-Wrap penis around wrist then make okay sight under head then tug, hold for 2 minutes. Do this 10 times.
-5 minute warm up
-Pump for 5 minutes
-Erect clamp for 5 minutes
-Pump for 5 minutes
-Erect clamp for 5 minutes
-Pump for 5 minutes
-Erect clamp for 5 minutes
-5 minute warm up

My current size is 7 1/4 BPEL and 5 3/4 MEG. My goal is 8 1/2 BPEL and 6 1/2 MEG. Is this a good regimen for that goal?

I don’t like it that much.

Don’t do clamps, do hand ULIs for starter.

Warm up with RED/NIR lamp, stay on that during stretches

See the video from hink on where to place hand for stretches.

You may need to visit MOS matters of size for the 5 x 5 x 3 method, I’m not explaining this here, you need to research a lot on this.

Stop setting goals, set objectives without limitations.

5.5 NBPEL Start~~ 5.7 NBPEL- 2011 ~~ 5.75 NBPEL/ 4.25 EG 2012 (Stop 11 years- Started again 4/2023 same stats as 2012)

6.2 NBPEL / 6.7 BPEL / 4.5 EG (5 EG w/ C-Ring) / Grower 4 FL - 12/2023 ~~ (Objective 6.75 NBPEL / 7.25 BPEL / 5.5 EG & Solid EQ)

It seems a bit extreme. Common suggestions are to not clamp, if you are trying to gain length.

Have you done any PE previously?

I agree that Hink’s video on manuals is a great way to go for length and worth integrating into your length routine.

I’m not so sure about the clamp-pump-clamp-etc approach. If you are experienced then hard clamping is great but if not experienced proceed with some caution.

If you want to both clamp and pump for girth then I would recommend that you do your clamping sets first, then do your pumping sets all together. It is more efficient, and clamping after any accumulation of subcutaneous edema gets challenging.

My routine is always 1. length first (in my case hanging), then girth with 2. clamping (when I do it) before 3. pumping (when I do it). Most days I do all three but sometimes it might be one or two of these modalities.

I’m not sure I agree with the perspective that girth gains hamper length, though I can’t definitively or universally refute it either. But another approach that might make your workouts more manageable is to alternate length and girth workouts on alternate days.

I think I would do either 3 sets of the pumping OR 3 sets of the clamping - not combine them both. Or maybe do, say, the pumping in the morning, then the clamping in the evening (- that’s kind of what I’m doing at the moment, although the other way ‘round).

Also, your routine appears to be mainly targeted for girth - so if you want more length gains, you could think about adding a hanging exercise to the routine, or even a few hours in an extender/ADS per day(?).

Yea almost 10 years on and off. I’ve done clamping, pumping, jelqing, stretching, extending, I’ve had the Phallosan Forte, The Penilizer, The Power J Gym. I should’ve added more context and background to the OP I apologize yall. And I appreciate all the suggestions. And not for nothing, before I started pumping and clamping (again *sigh*) I was just below 7 1/4 BPEL and 5 1/4 MEG. Now I’m JUST over 7 1/4 BPEL and 5 3/4 MEG (started a week ago). I ACTUALLY started doing my manual stretches back in October of 2023 up to December of 2023. Then I picked up this new job where I work 12 hours a day and I’ve been too tired to do them consistently. I just started my manual stretches again at the beginning of April 2024.

I didnt ask if you LIKED it. I LIKE it, thats why I do it. I might not like YOUR routine, but it’s YOUR routine; its not for me to like or dislike. I asked will it work for me achieving my goals in the future. I don’t like avocados, don’t mean they don’t work how they’re supposed to; whether it be for me or for other people.
