For the sake of clarity, let me first define EQ. This is a new term I've recently introduced (as of first writing this article), and is important to understand exactly what it means.

EQ basically is the characteristics of Erectile Qualities some of the major ones are as follows;

1) Ease of erections (how easily it happens).
2) Frequency of erections (how frequently they happen).
3) Hardness of erections.
4) How long they last before fading, ease of keeping them.
5) Refractory period (how quickly you can get hard again after ejaculation).
6) Nite and morning wood.

The key to evaluating your EQ is the SUM TOTAL of all of these indicators, taken together! You may find one or two categories may temporarily drop, but if the rest remain the same, the drop is a false indicator. For example, young guys could get nervous with a new girl on a date and lose their erection, but nite and morning wood is still very high...chances are its just nerves and not a real drop in EQ.

We need to take action against penemanual.com for the theft of our members’ pics once and for all, but will not be able to do it without your help. Only a small proportion of our active members have visited the threads we put up, but an even smaller group has seen the update.

The most important of these threads is in the Member Pics forum, where we have already identified 7 pics of our members out of the 20 pics that penemanual.com claims as their own members and as testimony of the effectiveness of their PE system:

Penis enlargement exercises are not without risk. PE can result in genuine harm to the penis, ranging from minor nuisances such as skin discoloration to major problems such as erectile dysfunction.

It's important to be able to detect, as early as possible, any signs of injury in the course of a PE program. Unfortunately, most men are not well-acquainted with the nuances of their penises, and it's common after beginning a PE program to notice normal features of the genitals for the first time and confuse these features for injuries. For example, only when I began PE did I notice my dorsal thickening/septum, and I mistook this for a nasty thrombosed vein.
