After reading accounts of those who have had good growth, as well personal experiences of growth and loss of progress, it has become apparent that there are Physiologic Indicators (PIs') that can guide you.
PIs (Physiologic Indicators) are the observable physical responses of your penis to the forces applied in PE. Anyone who has done any PE has seen these, yet many don't use them for the invaluable information that they offer. The chances of being successful in PE dramatically improves or drops based on your ability to understand what your "body is telling you"!
I break PIs down into Negative, Positive and Neutral.
NEGATIVE PIs meaning that when you see these, it is a sign that you are over training your unit, and you need to cut back the amount of force/time applied. POSITIVE PIs means that it is an excellent indicator that you are NOT over training your unit, and probably improving it. NEUTRAL PIs, are neither obviously positive or negative. THE EJACULATION PROCESS
is really all about sperm.
But only in the sense that the greatest percentage of seminal fluid is designed to deliver and to protect a relatively miniscule percentage of actual pay-load. Sperm constitute only about 5 % of our total ejaculatory fluid output.
The average healthy, fertile male produces 2.0 – 6.0 ml of ejaculate. This converts to close to 2.00 – 6.00 cubic centimeters. If you happen to average in the 4.0 ml range, this is a bit less than 1 teaspoon. However, within each milliliter of seminal fluid, assuming it were well-mixed (and it is not when it first leaves your body), there can be as many as 100 million sperm.
Q: How come we don’t just ejaculate pure sperm?
A: Because if we did they’d die on the way out and there wouldn’t be any people around to have sex with.

I've noticed a lot of people have problems finding exactly what they want when searching, sometimes not finding anything at all. Then someone else comes along and pulls up several threads, all found by, yes, you guessed it, searching.
So I've decided to put this thread together, to help everyone get the most out of their search.
The Basic Search
Accessed by simply clicking the "Search" button at the top of any forum page.
This is the kind of search that 95%+ of members use. Its quick, simple, easy, fast....but its also not very good.
The problem with this search is that it searches entire threads for your search term. "But hang on, that's what we want it to do", is probably what you're thinking. True, but its counter-productive.
As an example (I will use this example throughout the thread), lets do a search for "Penimaster" the well-known ADS device. Bear in mind, the search feature returns a maximum of 500 results.
