Autoextender 5

Did 2 one hour sessions of hanging today, at 8.5 lbs. I’ll be using this weight for a while. I applied heat to it, with my heat pad while hanging. I didn’t have to cut it off as much as I usually do.

Did an hour hanging at 8.5 lbs still. Oh yeah, I used a monitored heat pad, to stretch. Then I jelqed for 20 minutes. I wore my extender for 4 hours, I pumped for about 9 minutes (it was off and on for 20 minutes). Then I hard and soft clamped for 20 minutes, off and on. I wish I could get a tighter vacuum on my cup, because I want to stretch my goal of 8". I only need .5" more. This hard clamp is helping my erection a whoooooole lot. I get carried away watching porn with it on. I take it off for awhile, reactivate myself, then put it back on. Had a failed edge attempt yesterday with it. Got carried away with my heightened sensitivity 😄😅.

Sounds like a good routine! Yeah, it’s a pain sometimes trying to get a tight seal/vacuum cup… I’ve been putting the sleeve on my penis first, then putting the cup firmly on the head/glans and rolling the sleeve upwards/onto it (I hope that makes sense, lol). It seems to have a much better grip.

Thanks for the feedback 😁. I think my sleeve is too short, to put it on first. I might try it though. It’s been 5 months since I’ve been back into PE, and I’ve probably barely gained 3/4" of an inch BPFSL. It seems I’m close to getting my 1/2" back for BPEL. Then again, my BPEL might just be from improvement in my eq from jelqing, and first time barely hard clamping 😄. Lately on the vacuum seal issue, I’ve just been revacuuming my cup, with my modified food sealer (I’ve never used it for It’s intended purpose, just for my vacuum extender). It’s very compact, and fits right in my small dresser drawer.

Did my usual warmup, heat pad and stretch, about a 20 minute jelq. Then did an hour hanging, and 4 hours with my extender. Both of these sessions had on and off heat. It was about 20 minutes heat with hanging, starting off. Then a 5 minute pause, and then on for about 20 more minutes, a quick pause, and on for the rest. An intended 20 minute pump session, but it ended up being 5 😄. Had to stop, and it was quick little pumps for 5 more minutes. Didn’t want an accidental spill 😄. Then I hard clamped for only 5 minutes. I’m new to this hard clamping, and seen guys get big veins, now I’m getting one on the side. I think I’m going to do soft clamping for a while now 😄. My flaccid is at 5 1/4", for the moment, until I turtle. Hopefully my length will stay here for a while, and continue to increase. My stretched BPFSL is 5 5/8. I like how heating is keeping my elasticity going longer, with my jelqing cream. My penis stays warmer longer, and looser after sessions. I use gres cacao gres koulev bave beef. The plasticity has increased tremendously.

Just did 3 hours in my Stealth Innerwear sleeve. I might start making this a staple for doing PE outside the house. I’ll probably switch back and forth with this and my autoextender.

Man.I don’t know if this is a fluke, or it’s just getting ready to turtle up again, but my flaccid is super loose. It’s just dangling, and it’s feels fluffy and light 😄. I’m sort of worried about my EQ, but I can still feel it kind of rising to the occasion. This gres cacao gres koulev bave beef got my meat feeling supple. Also, I think switching to a vacuum extender helped a lot. The compression extenders were cutting off circulation. After that big hiatus of about 7 years ( I was kind off and on), all I had to do was switch to a vacuum cup, and find a cream to limber me up 😄. I keep remeasuring, because I think this 5 3/4" to about 5 7/8" is unbelievable. Well it has been 5 months now. I really starting just pumping at first. This one two punch of extending and hanging has really helped.

I probably overexagerrated a little, because after a while, it turtled back up a little to 5 1/4". It didn’t go under this measurement though. It’s been staying passed 4 1/2" though, my normal flaccid. I’m getting some hanging in now, at my regular 8.5 lb’s.

Two days ago, I did an hour of hanging. The next day, I did an hour of hanging, extended for 4 hours, then pumped for like 10 minutes. Today I pumped for about twenty minutes (used a desensitizer this time), and clamped for about 15 accidentally. I always clamp for about 5 - 10 minutes. Extended so far, for about two hours. I’ll do my hanging tonight.

Well it’s been 4 months, since I’ve been getting back into this, so my progress shouldn’t falter too much. I was doing mostly penis pump and hanging, at the time.

Did another 2 hours extending yesterday. Then I did an hour hanging last night. I’m about to do an hour hanging now. Going to take two days off after this. Just started back working out, after about 6 years. I’m take a pre-workout with nitric oxide precursor, and had a pretty good morning wood. It seemed like it was a little over 7.5, when I pushed the measuring tape in. I’m trying to do realistic measurements now, without bone pressed. I just do it every now and then now. Right now, my flaccid length is about 5". My stretched flaccid length is about 5 1/4".

Oh okay. I’ve been turning off the heat after a while now. You know what, I have foam sleeves from my old x4 labs extender, I’ll probably start using that. I was trying to reduce the wraps when I wear my extender in public with heat. I might just skip the heat from now on 😄. I hope it was from wearing it too long, then I’ll definitely have to use microphone sleeves or whatever. Are the microphone sleeves the foam on the mike? I’m about to Google it 😁. You need to measure the size of your microphone (dick) and choose a suitable microphone foam cover

Sorry, that should say, I hope it wasn’t 😄.

Did an hour of hanging today. Guess I’ll rest for two days, but I don’t want to 😄. After I got done hanging, I stretched for a little while. My FSL got up to 6" sometimes, even 6 1/8", believe it or not. I’ll continue to stay at 8 1/2 lb’s also.
